Things have not been the same since September 11, 2001---I will not deny the tragedy or the horror and pain that was seen by millions on television and at the places the acts were taking place. I was sick and terrified and was very very sad. Now I do understand that there are extremist group out there...threatening human life...but there are many people who are kind and gentle and wonderful out there. I am talking about in the middle east. I know many muslims who are truly beautiful people and the fact that we as Americans were threatened by 9/11 make the distinction that all muslims are terrorists is very very wrong. If anything could come from this, I would hope that it would be that you stop before you judge people. We are all human beings and because of this, we need to look deeper than the nationality or culture of a person and look very hard into their eyes and see that we are all good. I know I cannot change the world...but I am hoping to be able to change some views on people who are being treated horribly by our country just because they are where they are. Do not support the terrorists...but do support the millions who are just normal people.
